All medical services are covered through Medicare and Medicaid, although participants may be liable for costs for unauthorized or out-of-PACE-program-agreement services.
Harbor Health Elder Service Plan (ESP) will be your sole provider for primary care and specialty care (other than emergency services). Care is provided directly by ESP or a provider we approve.
