We offer a choice of two medical insurance plans.
PRESCRIPTIONS
Our insurance plan options include coverage for many prescription drugs. Employees can also use the pharmacies at our community health centers for affordable prescription options.
DENTAL CARE
We offer dental insurance as part of our benefits package.
VISION CARE
We offer employees the option of vision insurance to cover annual eye exams, eyeglasses, and/or contact lenses.
LIFE AND DISABILITY INSURANCE
We provide group life and supplemental life insurance options. In addition, we offer short-term and long-term disability, voluntary critical illness, whole life, and accident insurance.
ACCESS TO LOAN REPAYMENT PROGAMS
As a National Health Service Corps site, we offer access to scholarships and loan repayment programs.
PAID TIME OFF
We offer 20-35 paid time off (PTO) days depending on tenure and role. In addition to PTO, we also provide 11 paid holidays.
