Our pharmacy is open to YOU!
Harbor Health offers two kinds of pharmacy services at many of our community health centers and Elder Service Plan locations:
- Retail pharmacy – where patients and the community can fill prescriptions
- Clinical pharmacy – where patients can get help managing chronic conditions
Retail pharmacy
Harbor Health’s pharmacies offer a convenient and affordable way to get your prescriptions filled!
PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to be a patient at a Harbor Health center to use our pharmacy at Geiger Gibson Community Health Center, Daniel Driscoll – Neponset Health Center, or Harbor Community Health Center-Hyannis.
There are many benefits to using our pharmacy:
- Our pharmacists take the time to find ways to make your medications more affordable.
- Pick up or get your prescription mailed to you for free!
- Personal service with refill reminder calls.
Our pharmacists are kind and caring – and they do more than just fill prescriptions. We work closely with your provider to make sure you have the most appropriate medication.
Our pharmacies also have a complete line of over-the-counter products.

Clinical pharmacy
Our clinical pharmacy team helps patients learn about the safe and effective use of medications.
Our team works closely with you and your provider to develop a plan for treating chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and HIV. We also help patients learn about their disease, medications, and habits to maintain good health.
Our kind and caring team encourages everyone to become an active participant in managing chronic diseases!
