Harbor Health works with Verisma to manage medical record requests. You can request your medical records by completing and submitting an online form available on the Verisma website.
Do you have questions about your bill?
Patients and Providers: Please call billing line related to the service below to talk about your question. In order to answer your question, we may need to ask you for information on your bill. Please have a copy of your bill with you when you call.
