Harbor Health PACE, a non-profit healthcare organization, has provided over 30 years of service to older adults living in Boston and eastern Massachusetts. The PACE model of care, a specialized geriatric practice, is centered on the understanding that older adults with complex medical needs are better served in the community whenever possible.
