Harbor Health offers two kinds of pharmacy services at many of our community health centers and Elder Service Plan locations:

  1. Retail pharmacy – where patients and the community can fill prescriptions 
  2. Clinical pharmacy – where patients can get help managing chronic conditions

Harbor Health’s pharmacies offer a convenient and affordable way to get your prescriptions filled!

We have community pharmacies at Geiger Gibson Community Health Center, Daniel Driscoll – Neponset Health Center, or Harbor Community Health Center-Hyannis. You do not have to be a patient at a these health center locations to use our pharmacy.

We also have a patient pharmacy at Harbor Community Health Center – Plymouth. Our pharmacy services at Harbor Community Health Center – Plymouth are open to only to patients at this health center.

There are many benefits to using our pharmacy:

  • Our pharmacists take the time to find ways to make your medications more affordable.
  • Pick up or get your prescription mailed to you for free!
  • Personal service with refill reminder calls.

Our pharmacists are kind and caring – and they do more than just fill prescriptions. We work closely with your provider to make sure you have the most appropriate medication. 

Our pharmacies also have a complete line of over-the-counter products.
